Simply hold the two handles of the tongue cleaner and gently draw the tongue cleaner from the back of your tongue to the tip, repeating numerous times until nothing else comes off your tongue. Rinse the tongue cleaner in the faucet and you're good to go!
The good thing about stainless steel is that it won't tarnish. Though we do recommend occasionally washing your tongue cleaner with soap and water.
